I have broad experience in providing legal advice regarding commercial transactions, including those related to the creation of distribution, logistics and computer systems, provision of services, as well as trade in goods and commercial agency. I offer professional support in marketing, promotional and advertising activities undertaken by businesses.
I provide consulting services in labour law, in particular in relation to day-to-day issues, regarding employment, dismissal of employees, elimination of job positions, self-employment and issues related to creative employees.
I received a thorough education in legal sciences, management and business at reputable universities both in Poland and abroad.
I am:
- a graduate of EMBA Studies at the Warsaw University of Technology Business School (with the participation of HEC, LBS, and NHH) (MBA, 2001).
- a graduate of Duke University School of Law, Durham, N.C. USA (LL.M, 1995),
- Fulbright scholarship holder (1994),
- a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw (1990), a legal advisor entered in the register of legal advisors kept by the Regional Council of the Chamber of Legal Advisors in Warsaw (1995),
